The thing that really put a strong brake to my drinking-until-the-point-of-bad-behavior was the hangovers. I would imagine it can be a bit harder to stop if you don't have an actual physical deterrent.

There's the old line about only cutting loose in a safe environment; don't know how workable that would be for you. I start out by simply not putting myself in a vulnerable situation when i'm sober, so i don't have anything to regret when i decide, what the heck, i'll have another double vodka.

"Do It Again" should go just past the midpoint, or where the beginning of the "second side" would be.
