I'd guess... first 33% was getting the players into position with Bond emo'ing about life in general. Next 17% was Baccarat (with Bond emo'ing about losing everything then being rescued by Felix). Then about 25% was the chase and torture scene, then the final 25% was Bond in recovery and falling in love with the girl and hating his job and being generally emo, ending with a few pages of the girl killing herself (more Bond emo) and finally Bond throwing off his emo side and become a hard hearted bastard.
