Have been down with the lurgy all weekend: started with sore throat, took a vacation to my bronchial tubes, then settled down in my sinuses. Thus once again dropping a tac-nuke on plans that ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sweh and I had, so what is supposed to be our rescheduled anniversary wildness is reduced to me lolling on the couch and him keeping me supplied with tea and kleenex.
I did stir my stumps a bit yesterday. Didn't find shoes to go with my sundress, but did find a purse. Didn't find shoes for the wedding I'm going to be in at the end of the month, but did find a pair I've been looking for my whole life: black leather heeled sneaker-likes with brass studs and black sparklies. No, really. Didn't find a new bag for work, but... I got nothin'. There were also long adventures having to do with trying to find a multitap (i.e., a widget that lets you plug in four controllers) that works with our PS2. Apparently our unit is cursed. I may post a rant about this if Steve does not.
