Spiralling down, down...
No matter how many times I say "oh, well, the DSL situation can't possibly get worse", it does. I can't even conceive how far below the bottom of this pit is.
Aikido helped immensely, in spite of the fact I couldn't remember a damn thing about the moves and so was at baby-steps again, but the high was smitten into fine paste within an hour.
