...of trying to get through to some idiot droid that the problem with these lines is in Verizon, and rolling one of Covad's assmonkeys out to the customer premises for $225 is not going to fix a DAMN THING.
Actually, to be fair, I can and do get it across to the droids. The problem occurs when they send it up the chain and some other wiseass keeps bouncing it back to "pro install".
I have a much greater sympathy for Sisyphus these days.
