Eris smiles! Take another turn, but assemble chaos.
The good bits:
* I flipped the tens digit on my weight, downwards. Yes, okay, it's really only a 1 lb. difference from the day before...but it's a great morale boost.
* During the closet cleanout, I found the red skirt I wore to my interview at Panix. It fits me again! So I'm back to the girth I was at when I graduated college.
* I found my cloak, finally. So my nice new silk dress won't get water-spotted in the 60-degrees-and-rainy weather Saturday.
Of course, Our Lady of Discord does not give unmixed blessings, so today has been a crazy mail system day. (Partially on account of the 120-odd IMAP users switched to the new system, partially from Steve's forwarding going berserk and using up his disk space.) Also, the place Claire and I were going to lunch was closed on account of filming something--Sex and the City, I think. So we ended up at a diner with delusions of grandeur; they required an $8/person minimum. Bah.
