No sleep for you!
A nice evening; pedicure, then home where pooky and I watched "Some Like It Hot", which I'd never seen before. (In fact I'd never seen any Marilyn Monroe movie before.) It was absolutely hysterical. Gee, remember when they used to write dialogue for movies and stuff?
Tranquility ended at some ungodly hour when I snapped awake and leapt out of bed to try and keep a cat from yorking on the bedroom carpet (this is no doubt my instincts training me for evenutal motherhood). Once that was dealt with, before I fell back asleep, Steve got up to find that Mage had just peed in the computer room. After discipline was applied and cleaning measures taken, we were both thoroughly awake and it took awhile to go back to sleep. On the bright side, at least we now know who the guilty party is; but the question of "why" remains. Lazy? Grumpy? Ill? Whichever one, it will not be tolerated, and hopefully a few tubbings will communicate that to his tiny kitty brain. (I'm inclined towards "lazy" since he seems otherwise okay, but I intend to make a vet appointment just for completeness' sake.)
Have also discovered new dimensions of pathetic from the local psychodrama generation unit; will go into that more during the Pennsic entries, which I hope to make today.
