Thoughts on an evening's TV

1) A woman who's lived in New Orleans her whole life, works with one of those Mardi Gras marching bands, and doesn't know what court-boullion is?!

2) I really, really am tempted to sign Steve up for Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Only I'm sort of afraid they'd throw out my stuff, too.

3) The Cure have whored "Pictures Of You" out to HP's digital photography ad team. Bleh.

Given that a number of Cure tracks have appeared in adverts over here, I have to wonder if Polydor (AFAIR they are the Cure's record company) have started whoring the Cure's older stuff out.
