Ow.

My knee has started hurting a lot the last several days (basically, when the weather started changing). One winter it did that for a couple weeks and then was fine the rest of the season, so I could still be okay. Maybe I should have the doctor look at that, too, though I doubt much can be done about it. But it's very annoying. Even when it's not actually hurting, I can feel pressure in it. Bleh.

Blood everywhere and minor cramping. Bleh.

Not enough sleep. Also bleh.

This may be a morning for sterner measures. Bring on the Yorkshire death tea!

Sore knee

As I understand it, sore joints as winter starts can be a sign of arthritis. So it probably is worth seeing a doctor to get it checked out, even if it does bugger off after a few weeks.
