Ephedra is a stimulant. Therefore so is pseudoephedrine, and should not be taken right before bed. DUH.

Other than that, not feeling too bad today.

On tonight's news (seriously!) government officials are pushing for the FDA to require "the strongest possible warning labels" on stuff containing Ephedra. Apparantly this herbal supplement (banned in Canada) has been linked to several heart attacks and strokes.
