...is a video that combines vaguely Gilliam-esque animation, band members with "MY HED IZ PASTEDE ON YAY" effect and I do mean that literally, and sheep.

The fact that it is coupled with a song which could be the Platonic ideal of "earworm" is just gravy.

Just noting that this other song has a video that fits the description. And the song is a bit of an ear-wossname too, though can't really compare it with yours what with not having a copy.

(And all the P2P copies I can find are... horribly broken.)
