What song would you most like to hear sung by The Chipmunks?-

So many grand choices, but I settle on: "Tupelo" by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.

First thought: "Like a Virgin"

Second thought: "Stripped" by Depressed Mode.

I, too, am a not-quite-child of the '80's. But I loved that video, dude!

The only song by him I've ever heard is "First We Take Manhattan". I'd been meaning to investigate a bit more...

"The Carny", also by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, would be, uh, something.

I've never heard of NC&TBS... But I looked up the lyrics, and yeah, methinks that would be a pretty interesting rendition.

Check out some of their stuff if you can. The lyrics alone don't give you even half the effect, believe me. (I mean, that'd seem evident for any music, but it is more true of Nick Cave by a factor of ten.)
