This evening, sweh and I managed to kill two bottles of wine between us. That's way beyond MY ususal capacity. Hey solipsistnation, maybe there's something in the air. (Or maybe it's just that it's 90 fucking degrees and a slightly sweet white wine goes down mighty smooth in this climate.)

That + much 2nd season Babylon 5 has gone far to repairing the evils that the last call of the day--which, I may add, kept me half an hour beyond my usual departure time, and was from our absolute most hellbeast user--did to my psyche. Hail Dionysius.

See, my general excuse for hitting the bottle (for admittedly small values thereof) is that work is pissing me off; that's neither a sufficient nor a necessary condition, but there does exist a certain correlation.

Meanwhile, Babylon 5 is also on my "need to watch it because I didn't while it was being broadcast" list.
