Another two points if you realize that panini is actually plural, and 'a panini sandwich' is both grammatically incorrect and redundant.

Actually, it's a weird thing: in spite of the fact that NYC has a huge Greek population, no one understands you if you say "hee ro". If you do so, they assume you are asking for a submarine sammich.
