serindeStill not sick yet (though oddly enervated and muzzy-brane today). Instead, my back's killing me...but only when I stand or walk normally; any of my range of odd contortions or slouches are just fine. Go fucking figure.
No idea what this is from. Nothing at aikido should have caused it (as opposed to my aching forearm, which is clearly from overapplication of yonkyo).
