serindeI felt all virtuous for getting Tea & Sympathy's all-vegetarian lentil casserole for dinner. (Instead of, y'know, Welsh Rarebit or something else horrendously bad for you.) I had not the least realization that two cups of lentils is something on the order of 450 calories.
Edit: Why is the "shocked" icon smiling? I don't know about them but I'm not usually smiling when I'm shocked by something.
