It wasn't quite as hot today (close, though), but I didn't overheat til the very end of class, when we were doing the "run around the room randomly attacking people" thing. I think I paced myself better (and didn't feel like I HAD to go all-out to keep up, though I was getting a little worried in group work with four black belts; small fish, big pond, must swim harder!). No major leg pain to speak of, either. O freude.
Not aikido, but I consider them together since I get lunch on the way back from the dojo: I think I've settled on my new daily salad, that being spinach, tuna, nonfat Monterey Jack, and tomato, with nonfat lemon herb dressing. I still weep for my Atkins lunch of spinach/bacon/egg/cheddar with ranch, but this contents me reasonably well.
