Missing aikido at this very moment, due to being stuck helping Eli with a user with a bizarro webmail problem. Two members of tech-staff are in the office but could not contribute any assistance other than "gee that's weird". Finally a workaround was achieved with the help of a suggestion from someone over in corp who is more familiar with the webmail options...five minutes too late.

Especially as this is looking to be the only temperate day this week.
