That weird muscle ache I mentioned last night? About a fourth of the way through class today, it whipped off its cunning disguise, gave an evil laugh, and revealed itself as a pulled muscle. It's really hard to roll, not to mention stand up afterwards, when the muscle down the back of your thigh isn't cooperating.
