Better.

Still stiff & sore, but the worrying internal ouchies were much reduced today, so I went to class. Luis was standing in for Butch; I'd never been in one of his classes before. We only did two techniques, which is unusual for this dojo, but I didn't mind at all since one of the ones we did was ushiro [something] kotegashi, which is almost the same as one I'll be tested on Sunday--the only difference is that today we were grabbing shoulders whereas Sunday it'll be wrists. Stayed a bit after class with Mike and David, who are also going for 5th Kyu, and Enrique (a black belt) stuck around to give us a hand, and also describe how the rituals will go. I feel pretty sanguine at the moment.

Game tonight. Hopefully I won't need to lop off the bard's head for being nasty to me. Could be fun, though.
