[aikido] Loaf, halves of

On the bright side, I performed three moderately successful rolls out of koshinage today, by which I mean a) they were more or less correct and b) there was not much pain. Given another few months I may cease to feel the need to cross myself when koshinage is announced.

On the down side, I fell on my ass while doing a tenkan.

In front of the sensei du jour.
