Visitors to House Pooky may recall the green leafy vine climbing over that weird little archway next to the garage. It had a nice organic appearance, but it was eating the paint off the siding, so I pulled it all down (with great vigor, as it was quite thoroughly attached) as part of my Saturday endeavors.

Guess what? POISON IVY

(I know, yes, ivy and all, but I'd only ever encountered it as a ground cover-ish thing so didn't even think to check.)

Forearms of DOOM. One bad lash on my knee, various wee spots on my legs, one horrid patch on my belly (the ONE TIME I wear a cutoff shirt while gardening, of course) which is badly swollen and making me think unhappy systemic infection thoughts, tiny patch on my cheek. Zanfel does not seem to be accomplishing much--supposed to be one application and *BAM* no more itchy. I've done three now.

It is also ze universe zat I am hating.

Oh, and we finished the Positron TF with our 15th-level crew. Hoo fucking rah.
