CIV!

Finally got to play Civilization again--that's the ten-hour board game, kids, not the computer game. I tried my hand at Crete, which is a delicate position, and would have done tolerably well except that I got shafted by Africa early in the game & never really recovered. Educational, though, and much fnu.

Linked amusement: rode my EL-wire-infested bike home from the Civ Foo, no doubt to the shock & horror of the good people of Fair Lawn. Hee.
