I went to have a lie-down (this year, the answer to most of my illnesses seems to be "sleep through them") and when I woke up, our DSL was out.

The carpet won't be in the new house by this weekend, so we have to push the move back a week. Hello, Living Out Of Boxes!

Got a call back from the environmental testing place. Yes, our new garage is coated in asbestos tiles...or half-coated, because some tard started pulling them up and then stopped halfway through. Sometimes, halfway through a tile. Because nothing is as good as having little flakes of asbestos merrily sliding free of their formerly-cohesive unit.

On the bright side, this has all irritated me into some semblance of life.
