Dog-tired. Utterly failing to fall asleep. The lack of physical exertion is starting to drive me batshit. And my shoulder popped horrendously last night, which means I have to go to the doctor this week instead of re-starting aikido like I thought I could.

Sometimes I achieve serenity and resignation; this is not it.

Got way not enough sleep (as noted, but even less because Steve had to be in godawful early for some course or other), trains were sodded up, twisted my ankle walking on FLAT GROUND IN FLAT SHOES, Miss Kitten has worms even though we got her checked six weeks ago and she hasn't been outside since, and my throat is tetchy.

Oh, and half of my group is out for one reason or another, so me and dariodevil are manning the psychotic Monday fort by our wee lonesomes. He's in the middle of quitting smoking, and I'm, well, as above.
