Ambient temperature in here is probably about 60deg. F. Additionally, there is a cold breeze blowing in from the outside wall (three feet from me), directly across my hands and face.

The construction elves, being unable to break our wills by making noises on the lot out back, have moved directly upstairs and are banging around like a blacksmith convention. (Or, as elibalin put it, "The cast of Riverdance has moved in upstairs.")

At least the roaches have not been in evidence this morning.
