That...was hard work. Which is a Good Thing, because between my somewhat sporadic attendance the last two months and the vagaries of fate in who I've been working with, I have not been pushing myself as much as is good for me. (Other days I have worked past my wind and my hydration, but that isn't the same thing.) Today was all-crosshand grabs; this is not by nature unusually exhaustive (unlike, say, ushiro .*), but I was partnered with Matt, who is quite energetic, but not in the aggressive testosterone way that forces morale checks in me. Much fun was had by all.

I am, however, too tired to eat my lunch.
