serindeVirginia's legislative body has passed a bill authorizing fines to anyone whose pants are so low-rise they show off their underwear. (It still has to pass the other legislative body to become law, so the stupidity is not yet official.)
Yes, low-rise jeans look stupid. Yes, the way they expose undies is deeply unattractive. You know what that is? That's called "being its own punishment". This is not what the majesty of the law is supposed to be concerned with.
