Something like learning behavior

By which I mean, in today's X-TREEM heat and humidity, I actually had a sit-down during class when I felt like I was about to throw up. Still over-hot and headachy most of the afternoon, though, so I clearly pushed it too far. But it's an improvement. Or so says the rational portion of the brane.

What was not an improvement: the rest of me. I was completely Darth Competent on the mat today and I possessed the ki of a six-week-old kitten. Feh. Happily I was working with steady, unpressuring fellows, so I didn't get as wound up as I might have done, but nevertheless I am much vexed with myself.

I didn't get quite that bad, but the heat did pretty much deep six any plans of being productive once I got home yesterday. Spent the late afternoon and all evening feeling wrung out like a rag.

Soooooo nice today. Once the front hit this morning, the temps dropped below 70 and stayed there. You should be getting it soon too. Hopefully.
