I am not at 100%, no, not by a long chalk. For instance, I can't even begin to suffer the nikkyo pin on my right side. But! I can roll, and I can throw (carefully), and my kokyu-ho rocks the house.
Amusing side benefit: I was so busy being worried about my shoulder, I forgot I was afraid of taking ukemi for jujinage, and carried it off just fine.

Date: 2007-02-07 05:52 pm (UTC)jujinage = a throw where your arms are being held by the other guy in a sort of cross-shape--if one is doing it For Real, one would have the option of doing very unfortunate things to one's opponent's elbow joints--and you have to roll forward while your wrists are still being held, so you are basically pointing your face at the floor and going over. It is something of a leap of faith.
