serindeStephen and I are back in calorie-counting land. Waah. Let's see if the former not-much-hungry will be of service...so far, it seems not. I've just had lunch and my stomach is still grumbly.
In addition, the recent muckin' about with office keys has (finally) had happy results--we now all have keys to everything, but yet have three fewer keys than we did. So I can now take the stairs, which is beneficial and all, but it _is_ pretty sad how winded I get going up 5 flights. This is bullshit and must be crushed.
