...which is why most of the students in our School of Education should be banned from contact with them.
Student: I can't see Educourse 101 in my list of courses in Blackboard, can you please look into this?
Minion: That course hasn't been made visible by the instructor, and until it is you won't be able to see it.
Student: Oh er I actually mean Educourse 103.
Minion (incorrectly, about Educourse 101): That course hasn't been made visible by the instructor, and until it is you won't be able to see it.
Student: But my classmates can see it, could you double check?

Your Humble Correspondent: Yes, Educourse 103 is visible, but you aren't registered for it; that's why you can't see it. You are registered for 101, but it hasn't been made visible.
Student: Professor Foo says try looking under registration code XXYY, I am in her 103 course.
YHC: You are not registered for 103 as far as the student information database is concerned. You are not and you never have been registered for 103. You registered for 101 on Dec. 3rd and have not registered for any other courses this semester. You can verify this by logging in and looking at your course schedule for this semester.
