I had been grumping about not wanting to haul ass up to Boston this weekend (it's my niece's 1st birthday; yes, a momentous occasion, but it's not like SHE will know who's there!), but fully intended to do so.
I've just woken up with a sore throat and the beginnings of unhappy sinuses. This is NOT a state of improvement. Especially since this is probably Eli's cold, and on Monday he was a phlegm monster.
We are not amused.
