serindeGood class today. Sucky work, however.
Our poor sap of an aDSL user who moved and got his service moved with him is still not working, in part because the bway circus tends to not answer my mail without second and third reminders. El Jefe had the God-damned nerve to send "why hasn't this been answered?" mail about a customer email received a day ago, one that was simply in answer to our request for people to update us on a recurring problem on one of the dialups, when I am the only person fielding modems issues, I'm down a worker, and I'm wrassling a bunch of other crap simultaneously; and when there's nothing to say to the guy anyways other than "thanks for the report, we've already told the bozo telco to go try again". Which he should certainly be told, don't get me wrong, but it's not exactly high fucking priority traffic. The fact of the email itself is not what gets up my nose--certainly we should always make a greater effort towards faster turnaround--but rather, who it came from. "Pot, kettle, black" ain't in it. This is a boss who dicks around not responding to email which is NECESSARY FOR RESOLUTION OF MAJOR COMPANY ISSUES for days on end.
Also, an interview we're doing tomorrow was pushed back a half hour, because it was more convenient for someone else. Well, it isn't more bloody convenient for me, fuck you very much for not asking.

tactisle and shirleym's wedding, so I can't drink tonight like I greatly desire to. Bah.
Matrix: Revolutions was better than the second one. This is not saying a lot, I realize. But it was. I didn't feel ripped off, anyways.
