"Go Me"x2 today. Firstly, I was rolling in a way that is much closer to correct on my left side. (I'm still having other problems, like somehow I think I'm making too many revolutions so I can't immediately get to my feet afterwards, but those are just annoying; they don't actually cause pain.) Secondly, we were doing freestyle off of shomenuchi, and I did a sankyo--correctly, I note!--without thinking about it. In fact, without planning it. I just blinked and *bam* had sankyo on Alistair. How 'bout them apples?
