The steamroller good day continues with a most excellent class. Leg was fine, arm was fine, didn't overheat, didn't dehydrate, fine workout. It was mostly one-on-one work, and techniques that fit nicely into my brane...I was getting a little clumsy toward the end, during group work, since I was in a party with some hardcore types, but I held my own.

Even my calorie distribution is where I want it. Another few days like this and I shall undoubtedly rule the world.
