What a complete shitburger of an afternoon. Day was going fine until the meeting to support the managed server stuff, which was an exercise in frustration. Certain portions of the non-phone answering staff (starting with El Jefe, but not ending there) need to get the fuckin' clue that, when the meeting includes the entire phone-answering staff, you can not keep wandering off into minutiae and theoreticals which are utterly beside the point of the meeting. Then, once that's over (and only half an hour til I leave), I get stuck on the phone with a complete thickhead problem child who does not grasp the fact that HER MAIL IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED. It isn't on the server because she already got it. Argh. Zero to splitting headache and aching jaw from over-clenched teeth in under an hour.
