You can keep it in your freezer til the world ends, it cooks up in five minutes, it's healthy and it's tasty. What's not to love? The one comment I'd make is that the sauce is a touch sweet for my taste, but if I was having it over rice instead of eating it straight-up 'cos I was too hungry to wait 45 minutes for rice to cook, perhaps that'd be alleviated.

Brown rice (which I like better) takes between 30 and 45 minutes, generally. If they make a brown Minute Rice[tm], I don't know of it.
