Worked with David today, which served as a good antidote to yesterday's stresses. Let me go on record as still hating the weather (though it wasn't quite as humid today, it was still pretty hot). No new techniques...just a bit of personal stupidity on an old one, to wit shomenuchi nikkyo. I think I've got it locked in now. Maybe.

Tomorrow's supposed to be really hot and nasty. I'm feeling a yen to give class a miss, which feeling, being premature, is probably a lizard-brain contribution and should therefore be given the Big Smackdown.
