At last, we know what has been causing Steve's occasional not-a-heart-attacks: he's got a hiatal hernia. (It seems this showed up in an X-ray; why none of the other nonsense he's been through in the past couple years tracking this down included a simple X-ray is beyond the scope of this journal, *ahem*.)

Nice to have that settled, and to know it's pretty non-threatening (if deeply uncomfortable at times).
