A new adventure this morning: my ears are doing some wack shit where most sounds are, not exactly painful, but make my eardrums cringe. Even the faint background office hum. Worst of all is any noise I make, which seems to be conducting right through my skull to shiver me eardrum timbers. WTF?

But...I didn't actually have a headache, which I thought was kinda pre-requisite.

(It pretty much vanished about the time I went to aikido, too; which as I understand it migraines are the gift that keeps on giving.)
