A morning with a rainbow lining

The day was off to a sucky start, due to inability to sleep and the fact that wunce agane NJ Transit fale us (the 7:39 train showed up at 7:55), but then on the way in: sundogs. (Because they appear so close to the sun, it's hard to get good pictures of them, but the link shows one where you can at least see a bit of the rainbow colors on the cloud.)

So, yes, I'm easy to please. This is not always a Bad Thing.

How to solve the annoying day.

Users from hell, all that stuff. Also I went to Century 21 to pick stuff up, which was successful, but managed to just miss the train I intended to take home, *snarl*. This plus low blood sugar made for a very ill-tempered pookie. Clever sweh therefore fed me a few chocolates to keep me going, then took me to the really excellent Italian restaurant next to the train station. We ate and split a bottle of wine and talked of silly things for an hour, and all is now Good.

And, I now have a toaster oven. Go Me. Malt toast before bed!
