Scheduling is hard, let's go shopping.
Mar. 19th, 2004 10:58 amWhen is an appointment not an appointment? When you make it three weeks in advance (as usual with a routine exam with HMOs), and the person not only didn't put it in the system, they offered you an appointment date on a day the doctor isn't even in the office.
So that was a waste of a morning, and naturally the next available appointment isn't for over a month. At least I won't then be told to come half an hour early to fill out a form that takes five minutes. It's the little things in life.
