Now this is just lame.
Apr. 13th, 2004 12:39 amI'm feeling incredibly guilty about what our Delta Green team did to set up the kid we were sure had summoned a byakhee to murder three people.
Partially it's the fact that Steve is an excellent DM, and really makes us believe in his NPCs; and partially it's the fact that the kid is the kind of studious, picked-on nerd that me and all my friends were, so there's a lot of fellow-feeling; and partially it's that we're starting to suspect we're, not exactly wrong as the cell leader found a century-old archaeological journal that mentions byakhee in the kid's bedroom, but that he is not doing this consciously or that maybe someone else in the house is the actual perpetrator, so we may have just completely fucked up his life With Prejudice without cause.
But it's an RPG, for fuck's sake!
At least I'm not alone. Nick and John confessed to feeling pretty low about the whole business, too. But still.
