"That is the sound of inevitability."
Apr. 14th, 2004 09:20 amI got up earlier than I usually do when I stay at Brian's, because really I'm supposed to be in the office at 9 these days for managed server coverage...I mean, El Jefe hasn't actually said so, but judging from other signs he assumes it's already happening, so.
And then I waited 15 minutes at DeKalb for a train. No B or Q, which is pretty bizarroland for rush hour. Finally caught the R, which is local and plodding, and I ended up getting in at the same ole quarter past nine I usually achieve.
The sausage place does what they are pleased to call omelettes, but is really in fact eggs scrambled up with stuff. Tastes okay, though I find their breakfast sausage is awfully bland.
