A morning of stunning craptacularity
Oct. 18th, 2004 11:39 amLaundry list of irritations:
* I have no clothes that fit
* my tote bag strap broke on the way in
* way late train
* forgot office keys
* our upstream provider has broken TEH INTARWEB (you'll note I can still reach LJ, though. This says something.)
* persistent corp customer busting chops jumping up and down about one problem, now fixed, then sending more mail about a different problem instead of just bringing it up on the previous call
* El Jefe sending "Has this been answered yet?" probe at 11am this morning about customer email that was sent at 7pm on Saturday, no we don't do weekend support, 'k thx byeee
It only makes me more frantic because the Office Mom is on vacation, therefore I am the straw boss of everyone but the sysadmins, and it is all fundamentally My Problem.
The chaos seems to be dying down now, a bit, at least.
