Dream last night which involved the car breaking down on what was supposedly the Mass Pike (but wasn't, yet was, I'm fairly sure, the same highway/interchange I'd visited in a random other dream some months ago). I duplicated myself, left one to watch the car, and primary-me hoofed it the quarter-mile to the next exit. The problem was that the duplicate would move in synchronicity when I did, so I was worried that the turns etc. I needed to make to get to a gas station or the like would end the clone up wandering into highway traffic.

In the town, I ended up in a thrift store to look for clothes for Burning Man, particularly warm stuff for evening time. Was considering a black brocade coat when the Helpful Sales Person started indicating me towards some other stuff, including a finely detailed painting of King George VI, only it was from the 18th century. At some point I focused in on the map of Spain in the painting behind him and, in cheezy movie effect, as the camera panned out I was in the Duke of Wellington's office, where he was planning the invasion of Spain (which was at that point allied with Napoleon). I think I was interviewing him. Only the Duke was this guy I went to junior high with, who I haven't seen nor heard of since I was 14. TEH END

Bonus material: I've long been using a quick banana milk shake recipe from the fun cookbook with the hideously long title, which is most simple: blender some ice cubes, a banana, and .5 cup of milk. This morning, I made it a bit more well-rounded by throwing in .3 cup apple juice and two scoops of protein powder. Tastes pretty darn good, too.

Wow. Your dreams and my dreams should get together for drinks sometime.
