What I love is when I start getting emails about things I've just bought... it's like "Dude(woman), you should have told me about these sales BEFORE I BOUGHT WHAT I DID! YARRRGH!"

But there's no getting into a really bad marketing exec's head... y'know? And--even if you could--you really really wouldn't want to be there..
