Travelocity's customer service (which is outsourced to India like every other goddamn thing, which I wouldn't care about if the phone connection wasn't shit and you didn't have a 50/50 chance of getting someone with whom you can't communicate) hold music is a bad recording of a bad orchestral version of the Garfunkel song "Bright Eyes" from Watership Down.
