My resolve to leap gazelle-like out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off & go do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical trainer has made it through the first day. Yay.

Though if NPR keeps sharing with me the obnoxious effluvium from the far-right evangelist shitheads, I may not last my full assigned timeslot--during their piece on Frist and Focus on the Family's bullshit yammering about Evil Activist Judiciary Curbing Our Religious Freedoms I started stomping way too quickly, sputtering curses, and nearly burned myself out.
